how can i get one of the upgrades?

We've got you, boo! Let us know which upgrade(s) you're interested in, and we'll work with you on any specific or customization options involved! If you aren't sure, we can suggest ones that will rock your party!

how much time is needed for set up?

We need about 1.5 - 2 hours to complete our full set up. This will include getting your stunning backdrop in place, setting up the Funbooth itself, and creating a table display of fun props for your guests to use!

can i get custom props?

Yes, you can! We have loads of props to choose from, but we can create custom ones specifically for your event, too!

can i get a custom backdrop?

Yessiree, you can! We have loads of backdrops available, but if something more custom is your jam, let us know! We'll team up with our in-house design team and create something you love!

i have an idea that's not on your lookbook!

We're ready for it! We love creating brand new looks for new events, so don't let anything limit you! Tell us what you want, and let's make it so!

is set up and break down included?

Abso-freakin-lutely for any of our in person activations! We send a rockstar Champion with everything needed for the event, and they'll be the one to set up and tear down the entire booth! You won't have to worry about a thing - except having fun!

How much space do you need?

We require at least a 10x10x10 space for our booths. Please make sure we have access to constant electricity within 15-20 feet and level ground, too!

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, we can provide a canopy for extra cost, but we ask that you please don't make us work in the rain – our equipment gets sad when it's wet! Otherwise, please be sure we have consistent shade, access to constant electricity within 15-20 feet and level ground. We really don't like direct sunlight since the equipment may overheat!

How can I ensure that my booth is a hit?

Tell people that you will have a photo booth at the event, prep them to have fun! It's all about the hype, right? Place the photo booth in a high traffic area, typically near where the drinks are, but please keep us away from dark, lonely corners! We would also love it if we were away from the speakers and the DJ so your guests can interact with your attendants without having to spoil the fun!
